Together with Victor Lobodenko and the “Gospel Mercy Foundation”(Word of Life church, Donetsk), we have helped several prisons. By the end of 2005, the “Gospel Mercy Foundation” worked in 44 prisons. We help inmates who have served their time find work and housing. We have helped build an adoption center in Jelenafka. We have bought three houses. We have paid food and wages for four years. 
Bertine House Donetsk
Bertine is a Norwegian girls name that means light and shining. Many girls and women are addicted to alcohol and drugs and at the same time they try to rise their children. Consequences of addiction are that women can not take care of their children and at the end they get to Children house or die. We want to help some of these women and children. We have built the house for 20 person. Women will be in the center minimum one year and learn how to take care of themself and their children. We have Biblical teaching which is the most important part of the program. We will give different education: sewing, manicure, pedicure, cosmetics and English course. We want that women get some education and have possibility to work after the end or rehabilitation. We will teach children to read, write and we will have a lot of fun. Two times in a day we will give special time when mother and child will be together and learn to communicate with each other.
